Human Resources Coordinator

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring all human resource functions are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Employee File Management: Ensure all employee files are up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Medical Record Management: Ensure all employee medical records are accessible for legal and compliance purposes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain company record keeping files and platforms.
- Communication: Monitor incoming communication and respond as needed via the HR regional mailbox.
- LOA/ADA & Workers Compensation: Prepare and distribute all LOA/ADA & Workers Compensation paperwork as needed.
- Project Support: Partner with HR Generalist/Manager on all ad-hoc projects as needed.
- HR Conference Calls: Participate in all HR conference calls.
- Employee Relations: Participate in employee relation issues as needed.
- Policy Enforcement: Understand and enforce all HR related policies and ensure compliance as needed.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Responsible for completing regional hiring on/off-boarding processes including updating portal information.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Supports ad hoc projects as needed.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Hybrid 3-4 days in office
Qualifications- REQUIRED Multi-State experience - National a plus
- REQUIRED Relevant professional HR administrative experience
- REQUIRED Hybrid 4 days on-site; 1 day remote
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to function and communicate effectively on a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- Ability to manage and submit work on time as directed by supervisor
- Effective verbal, written, and listening skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance within record keeping
Min: USD $30.00/Hr.
Max: USD $32.00/Hr.
