Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth at beBee Professionals in Grand Forks.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product selection, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store displays and inventory levels, addressing customer inquiries, and participating in sales promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring minimal errors.
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Promote sales and events, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, to meet business demands.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately.
