Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
As a Branch Office Administrator, you will work closely with our Financial Advisors to provide personalized support to clients, manage daily operations, and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to Financial Advisors
- Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, paperwork, and communications
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in current office technology and willing to learn new systems
