Job Description

Portfolio Management:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and achievement of benchmark standards.
  • Minimize credit risk exposure while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Business Development and Retention:

  • Identify and initiate new business opportunities, as well as expand existing client relationships.
  • Provide loans and financial services for businesses with annual revenue between $3M and $20M.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit analysis and loan structure design.
  2. Risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Community involvement and ensuring assigned portfolios meet applicable standards and policies.
  4. Actively cross-sell banking products and refer clients to other areas for additional needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Combination of education and experience, typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in credit administration and lending functions.
  • Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate.
