Restaurant Operations Manager

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance and operational efficiency of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage labor costs, and maintain profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Crew Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and crew members.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, with a proven track record of success.
