Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with our culinary and design teams to ensure consistency in menu offerings and restaurant ambiance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive business success.
