Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, specifically with high volume. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, specifically with high volume.
  • Confident financial acumen - having the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution.
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant.
  • Previous experience with Italian cuisine a plus.
  • Full-time flexibility and availability to work.
