Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve waste management operating efficiencies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong safety record.

You will work closely with our operating and financial leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop capital budgets to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct civil engineering and environmental projects
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve waste management operating efficiencies
  • Collaborate with operating and financial leaders to develop capital budgets
  • Manage capital project execution to achieve business and financial outcomes
  • Coach and train field personnel to improve safety, compliance, and business performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in waste services, civil construction, or mining
  • Project and capital budget management experience preferred
  • Minimum 4-year degree in civil engineering or environmental services
  • Ability to travel regularly to facilities across the coverage area
