Job Overview

Expedient is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, leveraging their business insights and IT technical skills to provide value that aligns with our clients' strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding individual sales and retention goals through the strategic management of a portfolio of existing clients. They will also have experience in IT solutions-based selling, with a strong understanding of cloud services, hosting, cyber security, and data center infrastructure solutions.

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for engaging in a continual selling effort with clients to enhance the value of Expedient's services and to create demand for additional revenue. They will also be responsible for retaining, nurturing, and growing the existing client sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also have proficiency in sales funnel development, deal progression, and closing, as well as experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
