Position Summary

We are in search of an experienced Infant Care Educator who possesses a minimum of 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education. Ideally, candidates should have 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of this specific age group.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Current qualification letter, SIDS Certificate, and completed TB Test.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a structured routine essential for fostering a healthy learning environment, adhering to the established class schedule.
  • Proactively prepare educational materials and set up necessary equipment.
  • Engage with students individually or in small groups to revise lesson content.
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during non-classroom activities, including transitions between classes and during meal times.
  • Collaborate with lead educators to identify student challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Document student progress and maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed.
  • Adhere to state regulations, school policies, and classroom guidelines.
  • Participate in all training sessions, parent meetings, and faculty gatherings.
Candidate Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CDA certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a teaching assistant role or similar capacity.
  • Strong grasp of classroom activities and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Possess a compassionate and positive demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to engage in training and supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and support staff.
  • Awareness and sensitivity to the cultural differences of families and staff.
