Primary Duties:
- Accurately input data into our financial management system
- Conduct account reconciliations

- Maintain financial documentation
- Support general office responsibilities such as answering calls, organizing files, and processing mail
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks or comparable software
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and other business applications
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving orientation
- Ability to represent the organization with professionalism
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
