- Request and obtain patient medical record numbers when necessary.
- Verify health insurance coverage and explain co-pays, cost shares, and other applicable fees.
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
