Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative to join their team in Rocklin. As a key member of the client's contact center, this representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, resolve client inquiries and concerns, and upsell services and products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced customer service environment and be proficient in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

The successful candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including 6:00am-4:00pm and 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell services and products to clients
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Be proficient in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems

Requirements:

  • 12 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of recent sales experience
  • Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Experience working within a banking/customer service position
  • Call center experience highly preferred
