Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative to join their team in Rocklin. As a key member of the client's contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and resolve client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell services and products to clients while resolving their requests.
- Operate on a dual monitor setup and document client conversations in a CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of recent sales experience.
- Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a banking or customer service position.
- Call center experience.

- Competitive hourly rate: $18.70-$20.60.
