Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
  • Restock shelves, process transactions, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and cash handling experience required.
Physical Qualifications:
  • Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time:
  • Stand continuously.
  • Walk frequently.
  • Lift 1-10 lbs (Sedentary) frequently.
  • Lift 11-20 lbs (Light) frequently.
  • Lift 21-50 lbs (Medium) frequently.
  • Lift 51-100 lbs (Heavy) occasionally.
  • Push/Pull frequently.
  • Climb/Balance frequently.
  • Stoop/Squat occasionally.
  • Kneel occasionally.
  • Bend frequently.
  • Reach above shoulder frequently.
  • Twist frequently.
  • Grasp Objects frequently.
  • Manipulate Objects frequently.
  • Manual Dexterity occasionally.
Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is $19.66 per hour, with opportunities for overtime compensation and shift differential. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
