Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock shelves, process transactions, and perform other tasks as needed to support sales floor operations.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent customer interactions and a focus on meeting sales goals.

The expected compensation for this role is between $19.66 to $21.09 per hour, depending on experience and location. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
