This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including managing communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation.
Core Responsibilities- Administrative Assistance: Deliver comprehensive administrative support by managing phone communications, emails, and various other communication channels.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Oversee the calendars of key personnel.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage mail, and maintain a tidy and organized office atmosphere. Collaborate with vendors and service providers as necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders. Address inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Travel Coordination: Plan travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical arrangements for team members.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is important.
