Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Principal to enhance our esteemed organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute investment strategies that align with the firm's goals and investor expectations.

- Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, evaluating financial statements, market trends, and competitive environments.

- Client Engagement:

- Transaction Structuring:

- Market Insights and Analysis:

- Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and sector-specific analyses to guide investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Principal, Vice President, or in a senior investment capacity within an investment firm, private equity, or asset management.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, investment valuation, and portfolio management.
- Thorough understanding of financial markets, investment methodologies, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
