Customer Service Director - Outdoor Living Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Promote communication across business functions to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Manage office, administrative, and customer service employees to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and adhere to proper procedures
  • Develop a solution-based approach to customer service that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries regarding policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop knowledge of our products and services to provide employees with effective guidance and support
  • Lead and guide employees in handling complex problems, resolving escalated complaints, and providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Review records and reports to verify details, monitor work activities, and evaluate employee performance
  • Discuss job performance issues with employees to identify causes, develop solutions, and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to improve all channels of customer service, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, with a minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Lawson or similar software is a plus
  • Strong track record of delegation, resolution, and decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the outdoor living industry and/or manufacturing operations is a plus
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
