Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at David's Bridal, LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support the welcome desk, cash wrap, and daily routines to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
