Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Extol Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the entire home buying and selling process.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing transactions from start to finish, ensuring that offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. You will work closely with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the completion of all escrow documents, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for and attend events related to the closing process, including moving schedules.
  • Verify that each document has all the correct signatures and dates to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Aid real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents.
  • Ensure that the buyer's offer and counteroffers are approved by the seller to guarantee a smooth real estate sales process.
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be highly organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management, or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages is preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Home office is a must.
  • Real estate license or experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, email, and other basic computer skills are required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and extremely productive in a work-from-home environment.
  • Must be available most days between 9:00 am and 3 pm.
  • Approximately 20 hours a week.
