Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Operations Specialist will primarily focus on procurement and client service activities. This role involves managing and ensuring the quality of site services, including utility maintenance, rapid response coordination, and alarm monitoring. The Specialist will drive service innovation, work towards cost reduction, and collaborate with suppliers to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Daily Activities Will Include:
  • Overseeing Utility Maintenance communications and directing tasks to the appropriate teams.
  • Responding to system alarms and coordinating timely actions.
  • Managing requisitions and purchase orders, as well as processing invoices upon service completion.
  • Supporting budget management and providing necessary financial reports.
  • Assisting in vendor contract negotiations and procuring goods and services.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective leadership and proactive communication.
  • Acting as a liaison with clients, visitors, and guests, addressing unique challenges with professionalism.
  • Resolving issues related to third-party service providers.
  • Supporting the Site Lead in maintaining service standards for maintenance operations.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new team members as required.
  • Assisting with personnel and material relocations.
  • Supporting audit-related requests.
  • Collaborating with the Site Lead on tactical planning for team objectives.
  • Utilizing the site’s CMMS system to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Providing facility-specific support as needed.
  • Ensuring the delivery of promised services and overall satisfaction with JLL's performance.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Continuously seeking improvements in processes and client satisfaction.
  • Providing guidance to vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly regarded.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of an associate degree is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a production or maintenance setting is essential.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing project and operational budgets.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
