We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Middle Market and Emerging Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our client relationships and increase revenue
  • Provide expert advice on financial solutions and products to clients, including credit and non-credit ancillary products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new relationships
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports for clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial banking and middle market business management
  • Proven track record of success in soliciting, selling, developing, servicing, and structuring commercial financings
  • Strong credit skills and ability to read, interpret, and understand financial statements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence others and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
