About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Interact frequently and positively with individuals and support staff to promote the rights and dignity of individuals.
  • Follow agency procedures to promote optimum health care and behavioral supports.
  • Ensure consumer and guardian participation in the development of service plans and personal futures plans.
  • Coordinate the development of personal futures plans and implement service plans within 30 days of moving in, annually, or when significant changes occur.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure all service sites deliver services in accordance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the delivery of service plans and personal futures plans and provide training to staff.
  • Maintain fiscal spending within approved budget limits.
  • Monitor worker's compensation and unemployment claims for assigned service sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
  • A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • One year of previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.

Salary Range

USD $16.00 per hour.
