Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive House Coordinator to join our team at Hope Housing Inc. This role involves coordinating daily house operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also orientate and train new staff under the direction of the Program Coordinator.

About the Role
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned staff
  • Maintain safety and operating compliance
  • Record keeping and coordination of activities and medical appointments
Requirements
  1. A valid OK driver's license with a good driving record
  2. Dependable vehicle for transporting clients and current vehicle insurance
  3. Availability to work any shift 24/7, including driving day or night if needed
  4. Previous direct care staff experience
  5. First Aid/CPR Training required
  6. Must comply with Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace Policy
Preferred Qualifications
  • 9 months experience as a direct care staff working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Previous leadership experience
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 based on location and industry standards.
