Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Business Development Lead to join our team at Dialog LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can own projects, comfortably work within all levels of the firm, and has experience with managing others to deliver their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive and integrated strategy for growth, reporting on a weekly basis to the region's leaders and delivering sound recommendations.
  • Lead key RFQ/RFP pursuits, ensuring the team's efforts align with Dialog's strategic objectives and market positioning.
  • Generate RFQ/RFP responses, including content writing, graphic design, and presentation materials.
  • Develop and manage the lead pipeline by identifying and evaluating key opportunities, leveraging CRM data, and bringing forward the right opportunities for collaboration.
  • Act as Dialog's ambassador within the San Francisco A/E community, attending industry events and building relationships with potential clients and collaborators.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience in progressive business experience, including 2+ years managing others.
  • 6+ years of A/E industry experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
