Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Lead to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest accommodations and public spaces.

This role is vital in upholding our high standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.

• Delegate special tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

• Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies in guest rooms promptly.

• Ensure that all housekeeping staff are well-equipped with necessary supplies and linens.

• Assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed.

• Help manage daily room status reports.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen carts and storage areas.

• Ensure that linen closets are fully stocked on each floor.

• Keep supply areas tidy and well-organized at all times.

• Ensure timely inspection of VIP rooms.

• Prioritize the cleaning of check-out and vacated rooms.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events to assist guests effectively.

• Foster a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications:
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

• Experience collaborating with management on special initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Physical capability to lift and move items as required.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the hotel.
