Job Summary:

About the Role:
This full-time position comes with a salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. You will also work with developers, IT architects, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Assess current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Design solutions that align with business goals and technological capabilities.
  • Work closely with developers, IT architects, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Develop test cases and ensure new systems meet business needs.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that system updates address business problems.
  • Create system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflows.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support for implemented systems.
  • Participate in or lead projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
