We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Business Development Specialist to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.\
  • Provide technical expertise to customers, including product demos, trials, and implementation.\
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales plans.\
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\\

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.\
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, systems engineering, or technical support.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Familiarity with broadband access infrastructure technologies, including Wi-Fi and network management software.\\

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
