Position Overview
The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients at every interaction. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the CSR is responsible for various administrative tasks that support the practice's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phone calls with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate veterinary medical records and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with care.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas within the practice.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' care and treatment.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with patience and understanding.

Qualifications
