Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will provide entry-level help desk support to Vinfen end-users and internal IT functions. Your responsibilities will include data entry, verification of system jobs and processes, and administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support to Vinfen end-users and internal IT functions
  • Perform data entry and verification of system jobs and processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • An associate's degree in information systems, database management, or a related field is preferred, but experience may substitute for education
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid US driver's license for at least one year
  • All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check
