This role requires maintaining effective communication with both clients and vendor partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver innovative transportation logistics solutions
  • Manage live orders and ensure execution
  • Process client transactions and order requests efficiently
  • Engage with vendor partners to address service challenges or delays
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and document transaction details
  • Track all outbound shipments on a global scale
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in customer support is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions
  • Strong work ethic with the capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer support software and office applications

Working hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm EST
