Senior Director of Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Director, Product Management to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
