About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Property Coordinator to support our client's Property Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
  • Assist with tenant maintenance requests, rekeying, lockouts, and move-ins/outs
  • Maintain and monitor access control systems (Brivo)
  • Ensure all general service contracts and vendor communications are up to date
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or related administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and Yardi Breeze
Working Conditions

This role is based in Houston, TX 77043 and requires working on-site. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Salary Details

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,500 - $72,500.
