Are you interested in a career in property management? Anosh Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Property Management Intern.

This internship provides a focused opportunity to grow in the property management industry with a diverse team. You will be hands-on with various real estate projects and properties, developing skills to communicate, organize, and manage a variety of properties in the real estate field.

**Responsibilities:**

We are looking for someone to assist Regional Property Managers & Assistant Property Managers in daily tasks, administrative duties, property inspections, and tenant relations. You will also be responsible for:

  • Tenant Relations: Communicate with tenants to address maintenance requests, address inquiries, HOA concerns, and more in a professional manner.
  • Tenant Onboarding and Offboarding: Learn the process of communicating with tenants from the property management team, reviewing leases, inventory, and condition forms, and other tenant administrative paperwork.
  • Property Inspections: Engage in property inspections, identifying maintenance concerns, opportunities for improvement, and make-ready tasks. You will learn to maintain an ongoing checklist and inspection reports.
  • Contractor Coordination: Communicate and research subcontractors and vendors for property repairs, maintenance, and remodeling. You will learn the negotiation process on how to work pricing within budget requirements.
  • Community Engagement: Get in touch with local community organizations and develop strategies to enhance the properties within the area.
  • Professional Development: Attend team meetings to learn from experienced professionals within the Anosh Inc. team and grow your understanding of the best property management practices.

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant degree program related to the real estate industry or property management
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Brief knowledge of real estate principles and property management concepts
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to new software tools

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
