- Aiming to foster expansion within current product lines while encouraging the adoption of additional offerings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architecture Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, and Engineering, to drive success throughout the customer journey.
- Providing expert guidance on DevOps principles, showcasing strong skills in infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, IT operations, security, and development processes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire HashiCorp technology portfolio and the competitive landscape.
- Over 5 years of technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering experience, or equivalent background—practitioners are highly valued.
- Proficiency in comprehending concepts and technologies related to DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud computing, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity and experience with existing HashiCorp tools such as Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul, Nomad, Vault, among others.
- Experience in implementing software products or solutions for large and dynamic enterprise organizations.
- A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced team environment focused on delivering superior customer service.
- The willingness to travel as necessary, with domestic and occasional international travel required, varying by team (approximately 20-40%).
