The MSR Collective seeks a seasoned Sr. Director, Human Resources to lead our people functions, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business success. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and make a meaningful impact on the global stage.

The Sr. Director, Human Resources will oversee the strategic direction of our HR functions, developing and implementing initiatives that align with our business objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and executing human capital strategies to drive organizational performance
  • Leading the HR team in fostering employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborating with the Executive Team to ensure alignment of people and culture strategies with business decisions
  • Providing strategic counsel to executive leadership and contributing to organizational policy development

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee and labor relations
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Overseeing US labor strategy and benefits administration
  • Advising on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Leading the global HR team and ensuring compliance with HR standards across international locations
  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to team leaders

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in international non-profit/NGO sector
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse employee populations
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and US labor environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
