Sales Executive, Small Business

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Goodshuffle Pro. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the small business market.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting value-driven demos and showcasing our software solution to potential clients.
- Qualifying and converting leads, primarily from inbound marketing channels.
- Collaborating with our Business Development Representatives on outbound campaigns.
- Working closely with our Customer Experience Team to ensure software trialists convert to paying customers and that accounts continue to grow and thrive.
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to help prospects achieve their business goals.
- Reporting feature requests from prospects and top clients for future development.
- Leveraging our CRM system to manage sales activities and identify new opportunities.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales selling to and closing business for the small business market.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable certifications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Experience working in the events industry.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
