About the Role:

Goodshuffle Pro is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the small business market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth sales calls and demos to understand the needs of potential clients and showcase the value of Goodshuffle Pro's software solutions.
  • Lead Qualification and Conversion: Efficiently qualify and convert leads from inbound marketing channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaboration with BDRs: Work closely with Business Development Representatives to execute outbound sales campaigns and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Hubspot to track sales activities, analyze behaviors, and execute effective pipeline management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, including experience in SaaS sales and the small business market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
  • Personal Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset, insatiable curiosity, and a passion for learning and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Events Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the events industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its challenges.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working at an early-stage startup, with a proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hubspot, Zoom, Intercom, Asana, and Productboard, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
