GCM Relationship Manager

CTG is seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our Global Capital Markets (GCM) team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and daily administration of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage client relationships to ensure exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate activities related to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance for assigned accounts.
- Work with internal partners to deliver high-quality service to clients and related parties.
- Participate in sales calls to current and prospective clients to support new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external parties, including attorneys, financial advisors, and alliance/service partners.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
