Job Summary

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships, ensuring retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and industrial relationships
  • Ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships
  • Work closely with internal partners to facilitate the development of new business relationships
  • Develop prospects through COIs and other proactive measures
  • Build deposits, loans, fee income, and refer appropriate customers and prospects to all applicable cross-sell partners

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales and business development experience
  • Strong credit skills and knowledge of non-borrowing products
  • Past track records of sales and client management success
  • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive oneself, if applicable
