Position Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is tasked with achieving and surpassing sales targets while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers without resorting to cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about product and service offerings, terms, and value propositions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inbound call targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards on every interaction.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales and contact scripts.
  • Maximize sales opportunities during each customer interaction.
  • Document essential call details, including contact information and call outcomes.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided on every call.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales; experience in high-volume phone sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting defined objectives and deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in various computer applications, including MS Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and effective English communication skills.
  • Strong business writing abilities.
