- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market developments and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and transaction history, using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Participate in developing proposals, pricing models, and sales presentations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services from both companies.
- Educate customers on the technical features and applications of spraying technologies, polishing, and finishing solutions.
- Ensure customers are fully supported throughout the sales process, from the initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Work closely with other departments, including production, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are accurately met in terms of product specifications and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial solutions, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
