Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.

Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, addressing questions, and offering solutions.

Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.

Requirements

Licensed: Must be licensed with a Valid/Current P&C license

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Consult with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide the best solutions.

Customer Service: Handle inquiries, provide informative answers, and resolve any issues with utmost professionalism.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for policy sales and upgrades.

Policy Customization: Offer personalized insurance policy options to match client-specific needs.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term client relationships ensuring repeated business and customer loyalty.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest insurance industry trends to provide the best advice and service.

Requirements

Experience: Prior Allstate Agency experience in any State is a huge plus Proven work experience in insurance sales or a customer service role preferred.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Acumen: A result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing high-quality customer service and building lasting client relationships.

Reliability: Consistent and punctual attendance with a strong work ethic.

Tech Proficiency: Comfort with CRM software and other sales tools.
