Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team at O'GARA Beverly Hills. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering calls, and addressing the needs of our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or person, ensuring that guests receive the assistance they need.
- Take detailed messages and relay information to guests, using their name whenever possible to build rapport.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for guests, answering their questions and providing assistance as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry experience.
- Multi-line telephone experience and strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and disposition.
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong listening skills and ability to convey messages clearly and quickly.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work as a team player.
