Front Desk Receptionist

Trust Automation is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, maintain records, and perform various clerical tasks
- Welcome guests with a smile and assist with inquiries
- Work closely with the Culture Coordinator to determine visitor needs
- Issue visitor badges and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure employees have company-issued badges
- Answer and route phone calls using the 5-Star Service Standards checklist
- Complete daily front desk tasks and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Properly handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Provide visitors with relevant information and maintain directories and logs
- Assist with developing printed materials and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in office support or customer service
- Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills
- Previous experience working with high-status clientele
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different personal types
- Discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Software skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and experience with PowerPoint and desktop publishing
Physical Requirements:
- Hearing and speaking to exchange information
- Dexterity of hands, fingers, and wrist to operate a computer
- Seeing to read various materials
- Sitting or standing for extended periods
- Physical agility to lift 20 pounds
Pay/Salary Information:
Salary range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly
