Job Overview
This role involves working closely with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. The Sales Support Representative will ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers, and provide general information and address customer concerns or questions via phone calls.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales associates to determine the most suitable products and solutions for customers
- Ensure personalized customer service through prompt quotations and accurate sales orders
- Coordinate delivery arrangements on behalf of customers
- Handle sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in sales, including upselling abilities
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and follow through on commitments
- Highly motivated and customer-focused mentality with excellent communication skills
- Basic digital literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and processes

Salary Information
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $20.57-$32.91. This figure may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. As an equal opportunity employer, we comply with all relevant wage regulations.
