Insurance Business Development Specialist

The Account Executive position at Ryan Specialty is a key role in our brokerage operations, responsible for driving new business growth and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accounts for new business and renewal processes, ensuring optimal client coverage and retention strategies.
- Support brokers in creating market submissions and quote cover letters, reviewing documents for accuracy.
- Builtd relationships with brokers and demonstrate understanding of brokerage operations to support business needs.
- Collaborate with brokers to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals.
- Develop new business strategies with brokers, including proposals and presentations for new client opportunities.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with accounts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure accuracy of new and existing data in internal systems, create accurate documentation, and perform functions as defined by guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry with a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include a Commercial Insurance License (CIL) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification.
Benefits:Ryan Specialty offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, mental health services, and a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $81,375 annually. This target salary range considers factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure, and certification, as well as business needs and market demands.
