Job Overview

The Account Executive position at Ryan Specialty is a key role in our brokerage operations, responsible for driving new business growth and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accounts for new business and renewal processes, ensuring optimal client coverage and retention strategies.
  • Support brokers in creating market submissions and quote cover letters, reviewing documents for accuracy.
  • Builtd relationships with brokers and demonstrate understanding of brokerage operations to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with brokers to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals.
  • Develop new business strategies with brokers, including proposals and presentations for new client opportunities.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with accounts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of new and existing data in internal systems, create accurate documentation, and perform functions as defined by guidelines.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry with a Bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include a Commercial Insurance License (CIL) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification.

This target salary range considers factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure, and certification, as well as business needs and market demands.
