Strategic Business Development Associate

Fidelity Investments, a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients, is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to foster client relationships and deepen them in meaningful ways. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating relationships with Fidelity's most valuable clients, leveraging their honesty and integrity to inspire client dedication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster long-lasting, positive relationships with clients through personalized service and highly effective communication.
- Nurture a book of business and successfully find opportunities to add value to the relationship.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team company-wide to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for the client contact strategy and building meaningful relationships with clients.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire.
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience.
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client.
- Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions with the support of your team.
