We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites Downtown Little Rock. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing the administrative processes of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Document all guest requests, complaints, or problems, and follow up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, and rates, and be able to communicate this information to guests.
- Restock front desk area and supplies as required, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification as required by the State.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
